Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as used products or items without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be processed.
